"This is the Angel who gives us
the gift of compassion. I feel as we go through life we have to
gain compassion. This is why the arms are separated from the
body and are attached to the wings. The different colors of
purple with the heart express how compassion can be brought to
you. The gold on the face and hands represent the energy field
flowing from my wood/mixed medium sculpture to the viewer".
